We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Call Center Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of call center agents and provide ongoing coaching, training, and feedback
- Monitor call center performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in call center management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
