We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience in managing a team of call center agents, preferably in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of call center agents, providing coaching and training as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to agents to improve performance
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the call center
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center supervisory role
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills are a plus
