We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications and proven leadership skills to effectively manage a team of call center representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, including monitoring call volume, performance metrics, and quality assurance
- Train, coach, and mentor call center representatives to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity
- Analyze call center data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to call center representatives
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak call times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software
