We are seeking a skilled and experienced Collection Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection of outstanding debts from customers, managing a team of collection agents, and developing strategies to improve collection processes and reduce bad debt.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of collection agents, providing guidance and support to ensure collection targets are met
- Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
- Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Negotiate payment plans with customers in arrears and handle escalated collection issues
- Liaise with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment processing
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in collections management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Solid understanding of financial principles and credit management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collection software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
