We are seeking a highly skilled Collections Operations Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services industry and possess strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement collections strategies to optimize recovery rates and minimize losses
- Manage a team of collections specialists to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness
