We are seeking a dynamic and experienced College Counselor to join our team in the Energy sector in Dubai. As a College Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding high school students towards successful college placements and career paths within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to high school students on college and career planning in the energy sector.
- Assist students in identifying their strengths, interests, and goals to develop a personalized academic and career plan.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions on college admissions requirements, standardized testing, and financial aid opportunities.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and industry professionals to support students in their college and career readiness.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the energy industry to provide up-to-date guidance to students.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to facilitate student admissions processes.
- Track and report on student outcomes and success rates in college placements within the energy sector.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Certified College Counselor or relevant certification highly preferred.
- [X] years of experience in college counseling, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of college admissions processes, standardized testing, and financial aid options.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and school staff.
- Familiarity with Dubai's education system and college landscape.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
