Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced College Professor to join our vibrant academic community in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching and research in the field of education, and will have a strong commitment to student success and academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and innovative courses in education at the college level
- Conduct research in the field of education and publish scholarly articles in reputable journals
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career matters
- Participate in departmental and university-wide committees and initiatives
- Contribute to the development of new programs and curriculum in education
- Stay current with developments in the field of education and incorporate them into teaching and research activities

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Education or a related field
- Demonstrated teaching excellence at the college level
- Strong record of research and publication in reputable journals
- Experience in curriculum development and program assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and multicultural environment

Experience:
- Minimum of 3-8 years of teaching and research experience in the field of education
