Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Diver to join our dynamic Healthcare team in Sharjah. This position involves performing underwater tasks that support healthcare operations, including but not limited to underwater inspections, maintenance, and repairs of aquatic healthcare facilities, and assisting in the safe execution of various marine operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong diving skills, an understanding of healthcare environments, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform underwater inspections of aquatic healthcare facilities, including pools, aquariums, and water features, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Execute routine maintenance and repair tasks underwater, such as cleaning, welding, and structural repairs.
- Assist in the installation and maintenance of underwater medical equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess and address any issues related to underwater structures or facilities.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety checks before and during diving operations to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain diving equipment and ensure proper storage and safety of tools and materials.
- Prepare detailed reports of inspections and maintenance work, documenting findings and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in training and development sessions to stay updated on the latest diving techniques and healthcare regulations.
- Respond to emergency situations as required, providing underwater assistance or rescue operations in healthcare facilities.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in marine biology, healthcare, or related fields are a plus.
- Valid commercial diving certification (e.g., ADCI, IMCA) and relevant underwater welding certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of diving experience, preferably in a healthcare or aquatic environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to diving and healthcare facilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare professionals and report findings.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform strenuous underwater tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
- Good physical fitness and stamina, as well as the ability to swim proficiently.
- Capable of wearing diving equipment and handling tools underwater.
