We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Community Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Community Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction community and ensuring smooth operations within the construction site.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing community events and activities within the construction site.
- Act as a liaison between the construction team, contractors, and local community members.
- Respond to community inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a positive relationship with local stakeholders and community members.
- Assist in implementing community engagement strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns within the community to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist in managing communication channels within the construction site and the surrounding community.
- Collaborate with the construction team to ensure community needs are being met and addressed effectively.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to community interactions and activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in community engagement or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of local community dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Valid UAE driver's license.
