We are seeking a talented and experienced Compensation Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on retail industry practices.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent within the retail industry
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the compensation team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters
- Lead the annual salary review process and ensure fair and consistent compensation decisions
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in compensation and benefits management within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems
