We are currently seeking a Compliance Consultant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and international regulations
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance issues and best practices
- Stay up to date on changes to regulations and industry standards and advise senior management on potential impact
- Investigate any reports of non-compliance and work with relevant stakeholders to address issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance roles within the healthcare industry
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in the UAE and internationally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Professional certification in compliance or healthcare management is preferred
