We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance within the energy industry, with a keen understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance assessments and audits to ensure adherence to local and international regulations within the energy sector
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance issues and best practices
- Monitor and review changes in regulations and advise on necessary actions to maintain compliance
- Investigate any compliance violations or breaches and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of compliance efforts with business objectives
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to compliance in the energy sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the energy sector
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in the energy industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
