We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Compliance Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The Compliance Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that our retail operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and a thorough understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Provide guidance and support to retail staff on compliance matters, including training programs and workshops.
- Stay informed about changes in relevant laws and regulations and ensure that the organization is up to date on all compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory authorities to address compliance issues and implement best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
