We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our compliance program to ensure that our company operates in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure that the company is informed and compliant
- Provide training to employees on compliance issues
- Investigate any compliance violations and develop action plans to address them
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that compliance is integrated into all business processes
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities and issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in compliance management
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to consumer goods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions effectively
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
