Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Program Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The Compliance Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs and policies specific to the construction industry in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
- Investigate and resolve compliance concerns or violations.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the construction industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance standards are met throughout the organization.
- Prepare reports for senior management on compliance activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to the construction industry in Ras Al Khaimah.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) designation preferred.
