Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our manufacturing operations adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring compliance risks, conducting audits, and implementing necessary training programs to maintain the highest standards of compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures aligned with local and international regulations relevant to the manufacturing industry.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance, and work collaboratively with management to develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor changes in legislation and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and recommend necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
- Provide compliance training and support to employees to promote a culture of integrity and ethical behavior throughout the organization.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management, detailing findings from audits, assessments, and any compliance violations identified.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory bodies and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and information as required.
- Investigate compliance-related incidents and recommend improvements to prevent future occurrences.
- Assist in the development of risk management strategies to mitigate compliance risks within the manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of compliance into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, audits, and training sessions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor�s degree in Business Administration, Law, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international regulations affecting manufacturing operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Attributes:
- Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)) is a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, especially ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, is advantageous.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
