We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Concierge Supervisor Assistant in our Aerospace and Defense company based in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Concierge Supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Concierge Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concierge team
- Coordinate and schedule concierge services for clients and visitors
- Maintain a high level of customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and requests
- Assist in training and onboarding new concierge team members
- Monitor and evaluate performance of concierge staff
- Handle escalated customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Manage inventory and supplies for the concierge desk
- Prepare reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Assist with special projects and events as assigned by the Concierge Supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of aerospace and defense industry is a plus
