Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage construction projects within the education sector in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating efficient, safe, and high-quality educational facilities. This position requires an individual who can effectively coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate the work of subcontractors and laborers, delegating tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
- Conduct daily inspections to monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including progress reports, time sheets, and incident reports.
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site, and conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions with the workforce.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of materials, ensuring that supplies are available when needed and managing waste effectively.
- Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, providing input on resource allocation and project timelines.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or feedback.
- Mentor and train junior staff and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision, specifically within the education sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Valid UAE driving license.
