About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Consumer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting consumer data to provide actionable insights that drive business strategies and enhance customer experiences. This role combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, making it key to our growth in the competitive construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data from various sources, including surveys, social media, customer feedback, and market research.
- Analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to identify opportunities for business growth and product development.

- Market Research:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs specific to the construction sector.
- Monitor and report on emerging trends in construction technologies, materials, and customer preferences.

- Reporting & Presentation:
- Develop clear, engaging reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders, including senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to consumer insights.

- Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure insights are integrated into strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with external research agencies and vendors to enhance data collection and analysis efforts.

- Strategic Recommendations:
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer engagement, and enhance product offerings.
- Assist in the development of customer segmentation strategies to tailor offerings to specific market needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analysis, preferably within the construction or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, or similar).
- Experience with qualitative research methods and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights in an understandable manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital analytics tools is a plus.
