We are currently seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our team in Sharjah within the Information Technology industry. The Contract Negotiator will be responsible for negotiating and managing contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and draft contracts with clients, vendors, and partners in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose solutions
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives in order to negotiate contracts that align with company goals
- Manage contract renewal processes and maintain relationships with existing partners
- Monitor contract performance and compliance to ensure all parties are meeting their obligations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract negotiation to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field
