We are seeking a highly skilled Contracts Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer goods industry and a strong background in contract management and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline contract operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract requirements are met
- Provide guidance and support to team members on contract-related issues
- Analyze contract data and prepare reports for management review
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contract management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management or operations
- Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
