We are looking for a Contracts Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the energy industry and be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract operations for our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
- Manage a team of contract administrators and specialists
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements and regulations
- Monitor contract performance and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and negotiate contracts
- Resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on contract matters
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and vendors
- Conduct regular audits of contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in contract management or a related field
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software
