We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contracts Operations Program Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management and operations within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures
- Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation to contract closeout
- Monitor contract performance and compliance
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are executed efficiently and effectively
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries
- Collaborate with legal counsel to review and negotiate contract terms
- Prepare reports and presentations on contract performance and compliance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in contract management or operations
- Strong understanding of contract law and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
