### Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our operational processes and program management initiatives to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure the successful execution of corporate strategies.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple operational programs and projects in alignment with corporate goals. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

- Operational Efficiency: Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance performance, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure alignment on program objectives.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance. Prepare and present comprehensive reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for decision-making.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with operational initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and implement contingency plans as needed.

- Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all operational programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance and operational integrity.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of the operational budget. Monitor expenditures and ensure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve program objectives.

### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) would be an advantage.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, operations management, or a related role within the energy sector or similar industries.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.

- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.

- Knowledge of energy industry trends, regulations, and best practices is highly desirable.
