Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Program Manager to join our dynamic Information Technology team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing corporate IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering measurable results. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and foster innovation in our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of IT programs and projects from inception to completion. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners, to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate program progress effectively.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

- Budget Management: Prepare and manage program budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial constraints. Monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports to management.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for project management and delivery. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess program outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

- Change Management: Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. Develop change management strategies to support staff through transitions and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

- Reporting: Create and present program status reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior management and other stakeholders. Ensure transparency and accountability in program execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, etc.) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of experience in program or project management within the IT sector.

- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple IT projects and programs simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and IT governance frameworks.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
