We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimator Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and cost estimation, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare cost estimates
- Collect and compile data on labor, materials, equipment, and other factors affecting project costs
- Calculate and estimate the total cost of projects, including labor, materials, and overhead
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely cost estimates
- Review and analyze historical data to determine trends and make informed decisions
- Assist in preparing bid packages and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of cost estimates for future reference
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in cost estimation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Economics, or related field
- [X] years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the agriculture industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
