We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Real Estate team in Dubai as a Cost Estimator Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimating and a passion for the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates for Real Estate development projects
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to determine project costs
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimations
- Assist in conducting site visits to assess project requirements and potential cost impacts
- Maintain detailed records of cost estimates and update as needed throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in preparing budget reports and cost analysis for management review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

- Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Excel
