We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. As a Cost Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for real estate development projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to analyze construction plans, specifications, and other documentation in order to determine project costs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for real estate development projects
- Identify and quantify cost factors, such as materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate estimates
- Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers
- Prepare cost analysis and reports for management
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the development process
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for real estate projects
- Keep abreast of market trends and changes in construction costs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- [X] years of experience as a Cost Estimator in the Real Estate industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
