We are currently seeking a Cost Estimator to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing estimates, and evaluating the costs associated with transportation and logistics projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements and constraints
- Research and analyze labor, material, and equipment costs to ensure estimates are accurate and competitive
- Monitor project progress and update cost estimates as necessary
- Present cost estimates to management and participate in bid reviews
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize project budgets
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and pricing fluctuations to ensure estimates are current and relevant

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- [Number] years of experience as a Cost Estimator in the transportation and logistics industry
- Proficiency in cost estimating software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in Dubai
