Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director Assistant to join our team in Ajman. This role is pivotal in supporting the Creative Director in developing and executing creative strategies that align with our vision in the Transportation and Logistics sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Creative Director in brainstorming and conceptualizing creative ideas for marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, operations, and sales, to gather insights and ensure creative solutions align with business objectives.
- Help in the development of visual content, including graphics, presentations, and multimedia for internal and external communication.
- Maintain and update the creative project calendar, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform creative strategies and identify trends within the transportation and logistics industry.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of creative assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for team members.
- Assist in coordinating photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative productions, including liaising with external vendors and freelancers.
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Participate in creative reviews and feedback sessions, providing constructive input to enhance project outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to bring new ideas and insights to the creative process.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the transportation and logistics sector.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity and innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is advantageous.
