Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Credit Counselor Assistant to join our team in the construction industry in Dubai. The Credit Counselor Assistant will work closely with the Credit Counselor to support the credit management process and ensure timely collections and resolution of credit issues.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Credit Counselor in evaluating credit applications and determining creditworthiness of clients
- Monitor and review credit accounts to ensure timely payments and follow-up on overdue accounts
- Communicate with clients to resolve credit issues and negotiate payment plans
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of credit transactions and client communications
- Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports on credit trends and collection efforts
- Collaborate with internal departments to address credit-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices in credit management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- [X] years of experience in credit management or related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Knowledge of construction industry and credit practices is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
