We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit control and risk management functions within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers within the Aerospace and Defense sector.
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and ensure timely collection of payments.
- Monitor and manage the credit limits of customers to prevent overdue payments and mitigate bad debt losses.
- Negotiate payment terms and agreements with customers to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any credit-related issues and improve overall cash flow.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the credit status of customers to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
