We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Criminal Investigator to join our team in Dubai, focusing on investigations within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, criminal justice, or a related field, with a passion for solving complex criminal cases and a commitment to upholding the law.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into criminal activities within the healthcare sector, including fraud, corruption, and other illegal activities.
- Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and collaborate with law enforcement agencies to build strong cases against suspects.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings, evidence, and legal proceedings.
- Testify in court as needed and assist prosecutors in presenting evidence during trials.
- Stay up-to-date on laws, regulations, and best practices related to criminal investigations in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and government agencies to ensure effective coordination and communication during investigations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in criminal investigations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of criminal law, investigative techniques, and evidence collection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
