We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customs Officer Assistant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist Customs Officers in processing and examining goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and facilitating the smooth flow of goods through customs checkpoints.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Customs Officers in inspecting and verifying the accuracy of import/export documentation
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation for customs clearance
- Prepare and submit customs declarations and other required paperwork
- Coordinate with shipping companies, customs brokers, and other agencies to facilitate the clearance of goods
- Maintain accurate records of goods entering and leaving the country
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits of shipments, as needed
- Stay informed about changes to customs regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customs clearance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
