We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Integrity Manager to join our Information Technology team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of our organization's data assets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data integrity policies and procedures to maintain the quality and reliability of our data
- Monitor and analyze data to identify and resolve inconsistencies, errors, and duplication
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish data governance best practices and standards
- Oversee data validation processes and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
- Manage data access and security controls to protect sensitive information from unauthorized access or breaches
- Lead a team of data analysts and specialists to support data integrity initiatives and projects
- Provide training and guidance to staff on data management best practices and tools
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in data integrity and recommend improvements to enhance data quality and reliability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, data modeling, and database management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, is a plus
