We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a background in the telecommunications industry and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental office
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and coordinate patient flow
- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor and maintain office inventory and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines related to dental office operations
- Supervise office staff and provide training and support as needed
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental office management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in dental office software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a telecommunications industry is a plus
