We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and a proven track record of successfully leading development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for the company's energy projects in Abu Dhabi.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy sector, including renewable energy projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and investors.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in energy project development, with a focus on renewable energy preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully leading development projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of the energy sector in Abu Dhabi, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
