Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Development Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the financial services sector. The Development Director will be responsible for leading and managing the development team to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, fundraising, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners
- Lead the development team in identifying new business opportunities and generating revenue
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials and presentations to support business development efforts
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to the development team
- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share and expand the company's presence in the region
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of achieving business development targets and driving revenue growth
