We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the admissions process for our retail organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement admissions strategies to attract and enroll qualified candidates
- Lead a team of admissions counselors to ensure smooth and efficient enrollment process
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective recruitment campaigns
- Manage admissions budget and track performance metrics to achieve enrollment goals
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and other organizations to promote our programs
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management
- Provide training and professional development opportunities for admissions staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience working in a retail environment is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and admissions software
