We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations within our agricultural setting, ensuring high-quality care for all patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training and development opportunities
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize nursing operations
- Monitor and evaluate nursing practices to ensure quality and efficiency
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for nursing staff and patients
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing care

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in UAE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of agricultural healthcare practices is preferred
