We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the transportation and logistics sector. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of nursing services within the organization, ensuring the highest level of care for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations
- Manage and supervise a team of nursing staff, providing mentorship and support as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of nursing services
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care provided, implementing improvements where necessary
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff performance and provide feedback
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and external agencies to optimize healthcare services for employees and clients
- Stay current on latest developments in nursing practices and technologies, implementing best practices within the organization

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree preferred
- Registered Nurse license in the UAE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in nursing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
