We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Disability Services Coordinator Assistant in the Aerospace and Defense industry based in Sharjah. The successful candidate will work closely with the Disability Services Coordinator to provide support and assistance to employees with disabilities in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Disability Services Coordinator in implementing and managing programs to support employees with disabilities
- Coordinate accommodations and support services for employees with disabilities
- Communicate with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of disability services
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to disability services
- Assist with training and awareness initiatives related to disability inclusion in the workplace
- Provide administrative support to the Disability Services Coordinator as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Previous experience in disability services or related field (2-5 years)
- Knowledge of disability laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
