We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Services Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the financial services industry and a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Disability Services Coordinator in providing support and resources to individuals with disabilities
- Coordinate accommodations and services for clients with disabilities
- Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure all needs are met
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client services
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to disability services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of disability services and accommodations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
