We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. As the Diversity Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of diversity and inclusion initiatives within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies, policies, and programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive diversity and inclusion goals and objectives
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure diversity and inclusion practices are integrated into all aspects of the organization
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of diversity and inclusion metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Manage diversity training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Act as a subject matter expert on diversity and inclusion best practices and trends in the financial services industry
- Lead and support employee resource groups and other diversity initiatives
- Monitor and ensure compliance with diversity and inclusion laws and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion program management in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices and trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred
