We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Drug Treatment Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals struggling with substance abuse issues and a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments to determine the needs of clients seeking drug treatment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
- Provide counseling and support to clients throughout their recovery process
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and treatment providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Educate clients and their families on addiction, recovery, and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans
- Stay current on developments in the field of addiction treatment and incorporate new strategies and techniques into practice

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

- Certification as a Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse population of clients
