We are seeking a highly experienced Editorial Director to lead our educational publishing team in Dubai. The Editorial Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all educational content, ensuring that it aligns with our company's mission and educational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement editorial strategies to meet the company's educational goals and objectives
- Manage a team of editors, writers, and content developers to create high-quality educational materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
- Oversee the editorial process from concept development to final publication, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor industry trends and educational standards to continuously improve content offerings
- Work closely with design and production teams to ensure content is visually engaging and user-friendly
- Establish and maintain relationships with authors, freelancers, and other content providers
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational publishing or editorial management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of educational standards and curriculum development
- Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and technology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
