We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Education Director will be responsible for overseeing all educational programs and initiatives within the aerospace and defense sector. This role requires a strong background in education management, curriculum development, and program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational strategies and programs to support the growth and development of the aerospace and defense industry in Abu Dhabi
- Collaborate with industry partners, government entities, and educational institutions to ensure alignment with industry needs and standards
- Lead a team of education professionals to deliver high-quality training and development programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed
- Manage the budget for educational initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education and training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education management, curriculum development, or related field
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
