The Education Director in Agriculture will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs related to agriculture in Abu Dhabi. This individual will work closely with government agencies, educational institutions, and industry partners to create a comprehensive curriculum that promotes sustainable agriculture practices and enhances knowledge in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs focused on agriculture, including workshops, training sessions, and seminars
- Collaborate with government agencies and industry partners to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations
- Manage a team of educators and support staff to deliver high-quality educational experiences
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure programs are relevant and impactful
- Promote the program to attract participants and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in education, preferably in agriculture or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and industry trends
