We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Education Director to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The Education Director will be responsible for overseeing all educational programs and initiatives within our transportation and logistics company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational strategies and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in transportation and logistics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and create customized training programs.
- Manage a team of trainers and educators to deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education and training.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for training and development.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Logistics, or related field.
