We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Emergency Management Director to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency management, crisis response, and risk assessment within the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive emergency management plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and assets.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to effectively respond to emergencies and natural disasters.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards to mitigate and prevent emergencies.
- Train and educate employees on emergency response protocols and procedures.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in emergency management to continuously improve processes and protocols.
- Lead emergency response drills and exercises to test and evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business continuity plans and strategies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Business Continuity, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in emergency management, crisis response, or risk assessment.
- Strong understanding of local and national emergency management regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and emergency management software.
